Our Story
At Legacy Leadership, we started with a simple idea: to make the skills learned in the Masonic Family Organizations easily recognized worldwide. We believe that the skills learned in one of our dedicated Organizations are valuable in school, work and home. That's why we offer affordable and high-quality Leadership Skill Certifications to members of all Masonic Youth Organizations .

Online Learning
We understand that many students prefer the flexibility and convenience of online learning. That's why we offer our Lessons and Certifications Online. Our Learners are in large organizations, many are International. Having classes available anytime, on a smartphone, makes the learning process easier and accessible for Learners.

Proven Results
At Legacy Leadership, we recognize skills that are already being taught and used in the designated organizations. These organizations teach all of the leadership skills most desired by employers and academic institutions.
Our Certifications are a Companion to the hard work being done around the world in these groups. We work hand in hand with these organizations to support and expand their knowledge and leadership.

Durable Skills are the Future
All of the Masonic Youth Organizations teach Durable Skills. These Skills include, Communication, Management, Event Planning, Professionalism, Leadership, Teamwork and Project Management. No other youth organizations are actively teaching these skills and Legacy Leadership is simply providing proof of mastery in these skills.

A Century of Proven Results
Many of our organizations have been teaching Leadership to Young Men and Women for over 100 Years. These members have a track record of success. Our members consistently achieve higher grades and test scores, and many go on to pursue leadership positions in community, public and elected positions. Our Designated Organizations are: DeMolay International, International Order of the Rainbow for Girls, Job's Daughters International, Knights of Pythagoras and The Organization of Triangles, Inc.
